Add the rest of the yoghurt, mix and cook for a further minute or two.Cover the pan with a lid and let the karela soften in the yoghurt for 5-7 minutes. Then add 2 tbsp of the yoghurt and mix well. In a bowl, mix together yogurt with the spice mixture we just made alongside salt, coriander powder, turmeric, green chilli paste, ginger paste and garlic paste.
